# \[Bug\] IDE doesnt work

**Error details**

Hello. My IDE doesn't work / show the folders and files. I tried several times, but still , it is like this in the screenshot.

It looks like the IDE is being blocked by your browser. Could you please try the following?

1. Try another browser: Chrome or Edge.
2. Follow this [troubleshooting guide](https://get-help.theconstruct.ai/t/ide-not-loading-infinite-loading/5985/7) if it does not work for another browser, or to find out why it’s not working on Firefox.
