Colcon build not working in rosject because of a file that was deleted - but for some reason still seen by colcon but not ide

Getting this on colconbuild - an indentation error - problem is that file has been deleted - because no longer needed - and for some reason it reappears on colcon build. Is it being cached somewhere - how to really delete.

Solved. There is a copy in the build folder - delete that one too to rebuild.
