Payment charged wrong


I have an issue with payment, I was charged 400Euro (Yearly) amount on Oct 22nd and Nov 22nd which is monthly, I am afraid it will be charged again on Dec 22nd. I cannot afford to pay 400Euro every month!!
Kindly please resolve this ASAP.

I apologize for this error; yes, our system erroneously set up your yearly subscription to be charged monthly, but this has been corrected.

Also, I have refunded the amount charged in November, it will appear on your statement in 5-10 days. Now we only have the amount charged in October, which grants you access till October 2021.

No, you won’t be charged anymore as the subscription is canceled.
