# Unable to catkin\_make face\_detector package in computer

Hello!

I would like to try face\_detector package on my laptop. I have git clone the [https://github.com/wg-perception/people.git](https://github.com/wg-perception/people) in my workspace and run catkin\_make. But there are many error regarding to the package. For example:

```auto
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "easy_markers" with
  any of the following names:

    easy_markersConfig.cmake
    easy_markers-config.cmake

```

```auto
Checking for module 'orocos-bfl'
-- No package 'orocos-bfl' found
CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-3.16/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:463 (message):
  A required package was not found

```

I have try to solve one by one, but the errors are still there. May I know how to solve this? Thank you in advance

You can try with `rosdep`:

```auto
sudo apt-get install python-rosdep
sudo rosdep init
rosdep update
cd ~/catkin_ws
rosdep install --from-paths src --ignore-src -y

```

Thank you for your suggestion. I would like to ask when I run `rosdep install --from-paths src --ignore-src -y` ,I got this error:

> Package libqt4-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.  
> This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or  
> is only available from another source
> 
> E: Package ‘libqt4-dev’ has no installation candidate  
> ERROR: the following rosdeps failed to install  
> apt: command [sudo -H apt-get install -y libqt4-dev] failed

How can I solve this problem?

You will have to go through those unmet dependencies on your own system, since only you know what is and isn’t installed
