30 day guarantee?

Hi when I subscribed to ROS ignite academy I did so with the assumption that the programming drones with ROS course would be available, however it turns out it is not.

This was the only course that I got this month of subscription for, so how do I go about getting a refund via the 30 day guarantee policy?

Your payment has been refunded and your subscription canceled. The money should appear on your statement in 5-10 days.

I’m sorry you did not find the course you were looking for. We are updating the Programming Drones course and it’s coming back better, so we hope you’ll come back later!

You mentioned that you have canceled your subscription…did you do that directly on PayPal? Our system was not notified of such cancellation, so could you please confirm that the subscription is actually canceled on PayPal so that you won’t be billed in the future?

I could not find if there was a proper way to get the refund, but it seems like everyone else is doing it through this forum. I would also like to get a refund. My classes are starting, and I will not have time to really study the things I wanted to with these courses. It has been less than 30 days. @bayodesegun

the proper way to request the refund is by sending us an email to info@theconstructsim.com within 30 days of your first payment.

Now we got your request through here so you don’t need to send the email. We are issuing the refund right now.

But for other students, please do not use the Forum for requesting refunds.

Hi, I’ve sent my refund request to info@theconstructsim.com 3 days ago, but haven’t receive any reply. It is still within 30 days from my first payment. I’ve cancelled the subscription on paypal and when will the money be refunded. Could your side help me to resolve the problem? Thanks.
