Action /distance_as is not publishing feedback. Didn't you know that feeback is a gift? Kindly look into this matter:
- Are you publishing feedback in your action server node?
- Call your action with ros2 action send_goal -f and check that you get feedback from the server.
But test shows that feedback is publishing:

It looks like the gradebot is not getting the feedback within the expected time (20 seconds).
I have fine-tuned the gradebot to wait a bit more for the action server feedback. Please check again and let us know.
