Autograder crash consumed all submissions

I submitted the basics in 5 days services quiz for grading. After being frozen for several minutes, the autograder kicked me out, and the IDE show a bad gateway error. Upon refreshing the page and attempting to submit again, I see that the autograder believes I have submitted 5 times, despite only having submitted once, which crashed.
