Bashrc file break down

Hello guys,
i just follow the tutorial. But i make a mistake by modifying .bashrc file, and can not rewrite it anymore. Now it was totally a strange file. And i can not fix it anymore. And i can not recover the system. Every time when i restart system, the problem exist still. What should i do.

A way to do a fresh reset would be helpful, I can share with you mine that is untouched (hope it helps):
