Despite having paid for the Plus plan, I am unable to access the course. I need urgent assistance as my plan is about to expire and I need to complete the course on time.

I’m not sure what you mean by “unable to access the course”. Are you having problems with the simulation, or is it because some units are locked?
You mentioned that you subscribed to the Plus plan, but this course requires the Pro subscription.
