Dear all,
I am contacting you all because of a little misunderstanding during the execution of the topics quiz.
Actually, I was developing the exercise in Rosject instead of doing it here, which wasn't clear to me since there were several instructions. Then I tried to submit it several times to the grading system until the point I realized that I had to do it here; by that time, I had reached the maximum number of attempts. Thus, I am writing to you to verify if I can reconsider my submission again and see if I succeed in the task.
I do not understand what you misunderstanding was about. Your first task in the Rosject environment is only mentioned after the topics quiz. What is the bug here?
Also, it is not possible to submit the quiz for grading from the Rosject environment, so you actually submitted the quiz from “here” (the Course environment).
So far, you have not provided a good reason why you submitted five times before contacting us for help (when the instruction clearly stated that you should contact us after the 2nd/3rd attempt).
Thank you for your answer and the time you dedicated to answering it. I understand your point. Unfortunately, I read the lecture before starting the topic quiz, and I thought everything had to be done in the Rosject instead of in the learning environment. The five times I submitted it was because I presented the issue to some colleagues with experience until one told me what the problem was. Well, I hope I have explained what happened. I understand that if it is impossible to consider this request, I will continue the learning journey.
Greetings
Since you said you finally found what the problem was, I’m giving you 3 more trials. Let’s see how that goes.
Since you were not able to get past the very basic check - creating the package properly, I would suggest the following:
Carefully review the course from the beginning, not skipping any steps, until you master all the concepts.
C++ can be a hard nut to crack. In case you are not familiar with C++ or new to programming, I recommend that you take the Python version of the course instead.
