Nothing appear on the graphical tools
That’s probably because you haven’t run anything that appears in Graphical Tools. Try launching rviz2 and it’lll appear.

We just discovered that the Quillbot extension is causing this error in our platform.
If you have the extension in your Web Browser, can you disable the Quillbot extension and reload the page?
If after disabling Quillbot the error is still there, could you try disabling different extensions one by one, and reload the page after each extension is disabled, to clearly identify which is the extension causing the problem?
You can also test loading the page in a different Web Browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
It has a great chance of working in a browser that doesn’t have all the extensions of the current browser.
