error codes, is marking my work wrong because of this and it has nothing to do with my code apparently.

It’s a wird issue that from our side we dont seem to be able to reproduce. What did you do exactly to have that error?

Is it launching the “ros2 launch topics_quiz topics_quiz.launch.py”, or what exactly? If you tell us the steps to reproduce this error we might be able to help you better, because as far as we tested here, the system is working . So please let us know more details of your issue.
