ros2 pkg list doesn’t show this either. Do I need to download a git repo?

This is an error in the notebook. I’ve already fixed it. You should execute the following source command before:
source /home/simulations/ros2_sims_ws/install/setup.bash
This command sources the workspace where the turtle_tf_3d_ros2 package is.
