We are checking this error. We can see there was a problem with the simulation. Working on it
Hi @smurakonda2021,
Welcome to the community.
I have been trying to reproduce the issue that you reported but I still couldn’t.
So, in order to better understand what can be happening, could you use another Web Browser to see if the same problem happens?
If you are using Microsoft Edege, for example, could you try loading the course using Mozilla Firefox? If even with Firefox it doesn’t work, could you also try it with Google Chrome?
As you can see, on the top left side of the simulation we have a small red square. If it is red, then the robot will definitely not move.
When trying different browsers, to goal is to see if that square becomes green.
The reason why I ask you to try different Web Browsers is because maybe there is an addon/extension in your browser that may be causing the issue.
As a last resource, if after trying all web browsers it still doesn’t become green, could you also try a different network to make sure there is not a firewall blocking something? If you tried last time from home, for example, could you try from your university or work, or vice-versa?
We look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks for the explanation, Ralves. I will test using a different browser and then the network.
I used different network and laptop. Then the simulation started working as expected.
Awesome.
Could you determine if the problem was on the network or on the web browser, @smurakonda2021 ?
If was the browser, have you identified any plugin responsible for this?
Unfortunately not. I will give it a try when I have time and will post here.
The problem seems to be a network issue. I connected to my mobile hotspot using the laptop that had given me trouble before, and I can see the green light in the simulation window.
Thanks for the feedback, @smurakonda2021.
Do you know any specific behavior of the network that causes the green box to stay red, it if is a CGNAT network, for example, or if there is a firewall blocking something?
