Hi @yousefyaseen, I believe this issue might be occurring due to the strength of your internet connection. Do you have a warning 
icon showing at the bottom bar? This would indicate poor connection.
@rodrigo55 Internet is stable with speed ~ 35Mbps.

, I see you are working in a rosject, correct? Are the other applications opening? You can check the IDE for example. If it is, then what can fix this is switching to a course and going back to the rosject. Is this an issue that is happening consistently?

@rodrigo55 I switched to one of the courses and what I get is only black screen for each terminal, without showing a prompt.
switched to another Internet line and it worked.
