Hi @khaled07 ,
Did you try to restart the simulation by pressing the “Restart the simulation” button on the top right corner of the simulation window? It is the first button from the left side in the set of 3 buttons.
If that does not work, what you can do is, you can go to another course and come back to this course. That should reset the simulation environment.

It looks something is blocking the simulation in your browser. For example, it looks like you have an ad blocker enabled.

I also disable my add blocker but now the simulation windows is just turning indefinitely. I have waited more than 15 minutes
Hello I have tried all solution mentioned above but it is still not working. I disabled my ad blocker and also started a new course restart the simulation, but it is still not working.
Did you try another browser? Apart from Chrome, we also support Firefox and MS Edge.
In addition to those things, we’ve also seen cases where this was been blocked by an antivirus - an internet security suite software!
Asides from trying a different browser, if possible please also try another:
- Internet connection
- PC
In that order.
