I received an email describing a 12 part video series by Rick Tellez, However, I cannot find listed when I search in “The Construct” list of courses. Does it have different name? seems like a great course, if I can find it

That 12-part video is not a course, at least not yet.
You should find a link to the YouTube video in the email.
