I have subscribed to the courses as I was looking for some sensors and would be able to build a robot with those plugins. Unfortunately, I could not achieve success due to the plugin’s unavailability coupled with the Riz window displaying tiny stuff at the bottom. This wasted a lot of my time, and since I could not get help as needed, I do not have much time on the project. I would like to get a refund and later come back if more time is approved. Please help me with the procedure to get a refund. However, I have tried all the options as advised, yet there is no solution.
