I need my certificate to match the name that i changed
We generate certificates based on the current name on the user’s profile. After this, the name cannot be changed by merely changing the name on the profile, for security reasons.
If you intend to obtain a certificate, please use real and correct names on your profile.
Please confirm that the name of your profile is real and correct, and we’ll reset your certificate to match that name. This can only be done once.

The website keep changing my name no matter how many time I corrected it. I current correct it, my name start with S and last name start with A. Kindly let me know if you can generate the certificate based on the name i set up.
Is there a way that I can reach out to you without it become post for the public. So i can verify the name, since the website keep changing the name similar to the email address, instead of my real name. Every time i log out and log back in, the name is changed to the email address name instead of my real name.

Your certificate has been reset. You should now see the right name on it.
Yes, you can send a PM on this forum or email info@theconstruct.ai. To send a PM, click on the user image and click the Message button. That said, you’d still need to change the name yourself.
Since you are authenticating with Google, your profile name changes to what you have on your Google account.
- If you want to keep authenticating with Google and retain your real name, please change the name on Google.
- You can also log in with a password. To set a password for your account, request a password reset on the login page.
