Yes, that’s possible. You will basically need the following:

Have a computer with ROS which is connected to the UR arm: universal_robot/Tutorials/Getting Started with a Universal Robot and ROS-Industrial - ROS Wiki

Once you can control the UR arm with your computer, you can establish the connection with ROSDS by following the steps described in this video: How to create your own remote robot lab - YouTube
