DDS monitor does not work

Hi,
I am following the Exercise 2.1 DDS topic introspection and trying to run the fastdds monitor it fails. is it necessary install it first?
user:~$ source /opt/vulcanexus/humble/setup.bash
user:~$ fastdds_monitor
bash: fastdds_monitor: command not found
user:~$

Are you trying to run this on your local PC or on The Construct?
