i love to download folder and run in my terminal but its facing issues

What you want to do is unclear to me, but if you mean you want to download your files and then use them in a local PC, that’s not easy at all and we don’t recommend it. To do that you would need to install and setup ROS on a your local PC first and that’s not a piece of cake 
.
