Actually, I don’t know how to do this since I never had to do it before. You might want to ask this question in the ROS Answers forum to see if someone has experience with this? However, you can set some parameters when launching the octomap_server node in order to deal with this kind of issue, like the parameters filter_ground, /ground_filter/…).
