When I try to install the first command: “sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-compressed-image-transport”, the error appears, that this package has unfulfilled dependencies, “ros-kinetic-opencv3” and “ros-kinetic-cv-bridge”, and is not installed.
So that could be that you have previous versions installed or similar.
At best with a clean reinstall of ROS kinetic you should be able to install it without issues.
Also consider maybe upgrading to noetic which might fix a lot of issues on the long run
