It does not find the leo_description package in the cmake file
This does not look like a bug, but something missing in the package setup.
Could you please let us know the specific exercise/example you were working on and what you have done so far? Then we can check what is missing.

The package leo_description is an installed package in our system to provide you some functionalities. Make sure you have sourced before compiling running:
source /home/simulations/ros2_sims_ws/install/setup.bash
