FastBot Broken!

hi,

i just connected tot he FastBot and realized that a wheel is off of it.

Also the scan_ranges vector size for this robot is 450, for the simulation it is 660, and for the course it was 720. the simulation should have the same number of elements in the vector as the real robot.
