If you look closely, you can see that the graphical user interface is present, but it is quite small, even at 500% zoom. However, if I click on it, it works.
How can I resolve this?
It looks like it is a specific thing of the computer of each student. We are working on it trying to figure out what happens.
In the meantime, can you try to close the Graphical Tools and reopen it, and see if it works?

We had a meeting and Martin tested it in a different web browser and it worked.
Then on Chrome, where it was failing, we started disabling extensions, and eventually, the screen showed correctly.
So, the problem was with one of the extensions.
I’ll try to come back when I can track this error in the code, to guide students automatically when this error happens.
Disable Quillbot, and reload the page.
Alright, I’ve spent some hours trying to automatically detect (through code) the extension that causes this problem, but I was unable to do it.
So, I just recommend anyone having this problem, do the following:
Disable the Quillbot extension, and reload the page.
Quillbot is the main one responsible for this error as far as I’m aware.
