How to change subscription?

Hi,

Is it possible to change subscription? I bought ‘developer’ subscription by mistake and I would like to change it to ‘learner’ subscription.

Hi Damian,

Welcome to the Community!

I have refunded your Developer subscription (you should find the refund on your bank statement in 5-10 days) and you may now take up Learner.
