I wanted to write code in GUI editor if possible. Is there a way to launch the GUI editor in the ROSDS?

Do you mean IDE as GUI editor?
We have an IDE app that you can work with, you can open it by clicking on the icon below found at the bottom bar:

Any other graphic tools can be launched as usual, using the terminals, and visualized using the graphical tools icon:
