How to Restore Default IDE Folders

Hello everyone,

I was performing the quiz section for Unit 4, Understanding ROS2 Services. I have mistakenly deleted the default folders provided in the workspace and left with only my ros2_ws directory. May I kindly ask for your assistance on how I can restore these folders or at least restore the IDE to its default setting? Thank you very much!

Which foldera did you delete? Perhaps they are not important (unless you kept your files inside them)
