How to set Ros and world folder on off line computer?

Hell, I am using ubuntu 16.04 installed with ROS. When I create a new world and model folder and try to run simulation using gazebo. It says “can’t not locate the models specify in the .world file”. It seems gazebo tries to local models from the default folder only. How can we specify additional folder?
