I cant make prerequisites exam

I make the all tasks. In feedback I got mark 9 out of 10, but the gradebot gives a score of 0 out of 10. Why? I want get certificate.

Welcome to this Community!

Did you check if your code has any of the two issues stated by the gradebot?

1. Is there an infinite loop in your program?
2. Is your logic taking long time to complete?

I think the gradebot was unable to exit, therefore your score was still at 0. Although, I am not sure about this, just an assumption.

Try to get the issues fixed, you could then probably get a 10/10.
