I’ve been trying to continue my course today and there is a notebook page loading problem that has persisted for the entire Day. It was working fine till yesterday. Please look into it.
It shows this exact warning : s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com took too long to respond.

Are you behind a proxy or firewall - something seems to be blocking that page from loading.
If possible, can you try a different PC and/or internet connection?
