New campus license not working

Hello,

We recently (last week) purchased a campus license. When I log into my account and go to my Teams, I click the “Add Students” and copy the link, which I then email to the students. However, when the students click on the link, they get a message saying “This license has expired! Please contact your teacher or team manager”. How can I get this fixed? Thanks.
