Real Robot Lab not connecting

Hi, I’m currently trying to connect to the Real Robot Lab for the Linux Basics Real Robot Project, but it keeps showing:

Connection taking longer than usual. 
If not connected in 60s, please contact support.

I have tried closing and reopening the Real Robot Lab, reloading the environment, and restarting my ROSject, but the connection still fails.

Could you kindly help to look on this?

Here is the error message what I encountered. Sometimes, when I connect to the Real Robot Lab, I can successfully see the live TurtleBot3 camera feed,
but when I try to move the robot, the robot does not move or respond.

Hi @austinyeh, I apologize for the connection issues you had. It seems the robot disconnected from the internet. Let me get back to you as soon as the robot is available again.
