I have canceled my subscription today, but I was also charged for the next month’s subscription. Could I please get this month refunded?

It is not possible to charge a subscription that was cancelled. Our logs show that you cancelled the subscription right after it was renewed.
You probably forgot to cancel it.
We are happy to refund you nonetheless, but we must clarify that we never (actually cannot) charge cancelled subscriptions.
I have refunded the last charge. You should receive it in the next 5-10 days.
