Request a refund

I clearly canceled my subscription around July–August, but I am still being charged. I was busy with other matters, so I wanted to cancel temporarily and then subscribe again for just one month at a time, repeating the process of subscribing and canceling. However, the cancellation does not seem to be working properly.

I also noticed that some other users have reported experiencing the same issue. Please fix this so that subscription cancellations are processed correctly.

For now, I kindly request a refund for the most recent charge. I plan to subscribe again in a few weeks.
