Section 2.4 is missing

Section 2.4 contains a repetition of the material covered in Section 2.3.

Section 2.4 showcases how to view the TF tree with rqt.

Both sections are the same in the sense that their objective is to visualize the TF tree. The methods are different. So it is not an error.
