Shell and Gazebo not loading

Hi

I am have had this error for a few days now, when I try to open the shell, it just says loading and never actually loads. I also tried to launch a simulation of a preloaded robot and world but this also doesn’t load. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem?

Could you please give more details about the problem, for example:

  • what you are working on
  • share a screenshot

In any case, it seems you are working on a rosject and that something is blocking the shell and simulation. Here are things you can check:

  • You need to use Firefox or Chrome.
  • Avoid incognito/private browser modes.
  • Ensure you have websocket (ws and wss) connections enabled. Is the IDE working properly? If not, it’s another indication of a websocket problem.
  • Turn off any ad blockers.
