Basic Arm kinematics course can not open

I have subscribed but when I open the course of basic Arm kinematics, the introduction always blank, and in loading, it still does not work if I change a pc. I would like to know how to fixed it [Screen Shot 2021-03-16 at 11.13.06 am]
