Social login problems (Facebook and Google)

When I try to login with my google account, it does not proceeds. It continuously comes back to the login page

I apologize for this. We are currently having problems with out Facebook and Google login.

Please use the “Forgot password” link to set a password for your account, and then log in with username and password.

Here is the full procedure for setting a password for your account:

A. Case 1: if you are trying to create an account (new user), please use the “Sign Up” button. You do not need to follow the steps below.
B. Case 2: if you are trying to log in (returning user), please follow the steps below.

1. Go to the app.theconstruct.ai page.
2. Click on the “Forgot Password?” option.
3. Type your Google or Facebook email (depending on which social login you registered for) and press “Send email”.
4. Check your email for an email from us with the subject The Construct password rest. On that email you will see a line that says something like:

To complete the password reset process for your username account on The Construct, click the link below:
https://app.theconstruct.ai/users/password_reset/?token=xxx

5. Click on the link. It should take you to a page where you will set a new password.
6. Type a new password in the space provided and click “Set new password”. Your new password is set, and you are redirected to the login page.
7. Log in with your email and password.

This problem is now fixed. Should you run into this again, please try the following, in order, trying again after each step:

• Refresh the page to get the latest update.
• Ensure a pop-up blocker is not blocking the window.
• Contact us if the problem persists.
