Hi, I have cancelled my subscription to learner monthly but it keeps on renewing its been 2 months now and I am not using it as much as I used it before therefore please help me resolve this issue,I want to make sure that the subscription is not renewed again.

I have cancelled your subscription, and it will no longer be renewed. Additionally, I have refunded your last payment, but you still have access till the end of this month.
