Subscription Payment Failed β€” No Access to Masterclass

Summary:

I currently do not have access to the Robotics Developer Masterclass, and my subscription payment is not being processed despite updating my payment method.

Details:

  • Status shown in dashboard: Subscription Payment Failed
  • Next payment: Payment Failed
  • Previous attempt: March 13, 2026
  • Payment method: Updated (new bank account / card)

Current Issue:

  • No access to the Masterclass content
  • No payment has been withdrawn from my updated account
  • System does not appear to retry or reactivate automatically

Actions Taken:

  • Updated payment method in account settings
  • Confirmed payment details are correct
  • Waited for automatic retry (no change)
  • Contacted instructor (no resolution yet)

Expected Behavior:

  • Payment should be retried using the updated payment method
  • Subscription should be reactivated
  • Access to Masterclass should be restored

Request:

Could someone please:

  1. Check the subscription status on the backend
  2. Trigger a manual payment retry (if needed)
  3. Reactivate access to the Masterclass

thanks for the update.

I believe the previous 3D Secure attempt is stuck, as I’m not receiving any new authentication request from my bank anymore.

Could you please reset or cancel the current payment attempt and trigger a completely new one so I can complete the 3D Secure authentication?

I’m ready to confirm it immediately once it appears.
