My subscription is about to expire in 2 days. How do I renew it? I couldn’t find any option to do so. I would like to ensure that my current progress is not lost.

Do not worry, your progress or files will not be lost even after your subscription expires. Just that you would only be able to access the first unit of every course.
When the current subscription expires, you will find the option to renew it on the same page. And, in order to protect you from duplicate subscriptions, you will not be able to renew it until it expires.
