Subscription shows as canceled, but I’m still being charged monthly

I’m having trouble canceling my subscription on this platform. Even though it appears as canceled, I am still being charged every month.

I would like the subscription to be canceled immediately and the recurring charges to stop. Could you please help me resolve this?

I apologize for this glitch. I have cancelled the subscription, and you’ll no longer be charged. We’re also looking into preventing this kind of glitch in the future.
