when i connect to the real robot, the terminal works as normal, then it start connecting despite having a good connection
I apologize for that glitch.
This was definitely not a problem with your connection. It was probably a temporary error connecting to the remote computer terminal (in this case, the robot’s terminal).
Please close the terminal and reopen it if the error recurs.

Hi, it appears that there is another glitch, as i cannot see the camera feedback. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, also I have tried book a few hours from when it first began and it is the same
Sorry again for this. The cameras went down inadvertently overnight due to a website update.
They are back now, and we’re looking into preventing this error in the future.
