the simulation works fine, the old real turtlebot worked, but the fastbot just does not move via the code, just moves from the joystick fine but my code isnt working on it, these rviz errors tell me somethings wrong with the drivers maybe?

Please help, already my presentation was canceled once earlier when the older bot gave out, then this has had different index range, so i had to make a lot of changes and think about them so now this has happened.

This launch file does not run any programs that move the robot. It launches a robot state publisher and rviz.

Why are you launching this? Do you expect the robot to move with this launch file? Because it won’t.

robot state publisher just publishes robot information (which you don’t need on the real robot since it’s being published already)

rviz does nothing. It’s just a visualization program. The error you are seeing is because it can’t find the description files for this robot, but it doesn’t affect the functionality of the robot. We are actively working on updating these projects for the new robot

Coming in a little hot there I think :joy:, I am not doing anything from my side, these are the commands provided in the Rosject Notebook that I ran.

Gotcha, the course i am on is “C++ basics for robotics”…, the older real robot worked, the simulation works, this one just does not move, as you say hopefully it will be fixed soon… Thanks.
