Turtlebot3 is not moving :(

Helloo. I was trying to use the real robot lab for the first time but the robot never moved. It looked like all the topics and subscribers were working properly but nothing happened!

Hello. I am connected to the Turtlebot, but I can’t move it using the joytstick (the /cmd_vel topic is receiving commands). I am running the TF ROS2 Rosject, and I can’t locate it on the map either.

I have scheduled a new session for this morning. I can see the robot has moved since my last post, but I still can’t move it using the joystick. I can see the messages in /cmd_vel. There are also messages in /scan. But the robot is not moving. Is there a way to request for someone to take a look at it?

I was actually moving it today, but around 11.48 AM UTC-5 it stopped responding to commands. No different logs or errors in the terminal except ones from my code, it just silently stopped responding to both code and joystick

I just did a full restart of the robot, and it seems to be working fine now. We are monitoring the robot and will be working on improving its robustness, as we are aware of some recent problems with it.

ros2 topic echo /scan is not showing any output. I assume the LiDAR is currently not publishing or may be offline.
