It’s not just one student. Multiple people have the same issue, including me. The simulations load, but the robots appear disconnected. This happens in all modules of the Python Course: Module 1 (the arm), Modules 2 and 3 (Cooper robot), and Module 4 (Summit). The issue occurs in multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and on multiple OSs (Windows and Mac). I can also see it in the Linux course. Oddly, it works only in Chrome on macOS, but not in Safari on the same Mac. Could you please check?
Clearing the browser’s cache and cookies solved the issue.
