I created a Map in previous unit: the files ‘turtlebot_area.yaml’ and ‘.pgm’ are available in map_server package. I used the solution file for localization launch. When I launch the localization, the map does not get published.

several questions here. With the little information you provided, it si difficult to understand what maybe happening:
- Are you providing an initial localization to the localization system using rviz? If you haven´t done that, then the
map
transform toodom
would not appear. - Provide a screenshot of the terminal in which you launched the localization server
- Provide a screenshot of rviz with the map been shown on it when you have launched all
- provide your launch file that launches the
map server
